Kittitach Mana is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Thailand, holding this position since 2020. His practice is concentrated in disputes concerning the internal affairs, ownership, and governance of business organizations, juristic persons, partnerships, and companies, spanning both pre-litigation resolution and litigation before the courts.

In connection with this principal focus, he advises on trade and commercial disputes and drafts the shareholder agreements, governance instruments, and commercial contracts intended to prevent such disputes from arising. Where a business or ownership dispute gives rise to criminal liability, he represents clients in the related criminal proceedings.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, and has served as a special lecturer at the University's Lampang campus. He advises both Thai and international clients, and is equally engaged in Thai-language legal documentation and cross-border matters.
