Khalid Chambers was founded in 2023 and is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Since its founding, the firm has acted for both international and local clients, with its practice concentrated in disputes arising from the internal affairs, ownership, and governance of business organizations, juristic persons, partnerships, and companies.

The firm was established on a deliberate premise: that clients facing disputes of this nature are better served by a practice concentrated in a defined area of law than by a general commercial practice. Matters involving control, ownership, and duty among those who own and manage a business require a degree of technical precision and discretion that a broad practice is not always structured to provide.

In connection with this principal focus, the firm also advises on trade and commercial disputes, corporate structuring and entity formation, and related criminal matters, where these bear upon a broader business or ownership dispute.
